Senior Data Center Operations Specialist

About the Role:
- Work in a state-of-the-art data center, supporting the infrastructure and services that power Amazon's cloud computing platform.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and operations specialists to ensure seamless data center operations.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on data center equipment, including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians and management as needed.
- Adhere to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure customer data is protected and properly handled.
What You'll Need:
- Fluent English language skills.
- Basic networking knowledge and experience with removal/installation and clearing of configurations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
