Are you seeking a rewarding position within a forward-thinking organization dedicated to employee growth? We are currently in search of an Automation Engineer M/F to enhance the Industry Division of Engie Solutions.

Position: Automation Engineer M/F

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Île-de-France

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you will become a vital member of the 'Industry' sector, collaborating with a team of 56 professionals from the Security and Automation Division.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the automation systems of commercial sites within the Île-de-France region.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance from levels 2 to 4
  • Assessing the complete installation, its configurations, and programming (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, JCI, etc.)
  • Recognizing the need for adjustments in settings
  • Preparing estimates in collaboration with your supervisor
  • Carrying out tasks according to the services agreed upon with the client (reception, installation, etc.)
  • Ensuring adherence to your workload
  • Maintaining records of your interventions
  • Overseeing subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure compliance with commitments
  • Conducting on-site reception of installations with the client/operator.
  • Defining needs with operational teams within your management scope. Familiarity with air conditioning processes is advantageous (CTA / GF / VCO, etc.).

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: BAC+2/+3 in Electrical Engineering/HVAC
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HVAC with fieldwork in programming and/or automation system maintenance
  • Technical Skills: Enthusiastic about Building Management Systems, automation, and smart home technologies
  • Soft Skills: Strong motivation, accountability, and excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Additional Information: On-call duty approximately once every 5 to 6 weeks (e.g., 19:00 to 07:00 on weekdays + weekends at one of the managed sites). A clean criminal record is required for sensitive sites.
