About the Role

As a Fullstack Tech Lead, you will join our team of experts to drive technical advancements and lead our developers and QA team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Mentoring and advancing the team technically and interpersonally.
  • Designing API enhancements and mastering the functional aspect of APIs/business rules.
  • Ensuring the delivery of the roadmap, monitoring development progress, and conducting code reviews.
  • Participating in technology evolution choices and conducting technological watch.
  • Ensuring application SLAs and providing technical N3 production/testing support.
  • Facilitating communication between teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Cloud technologies (preferably Amazon Web Services).
  • Mastery of technologies such as Java, JavaScript/VueJS 2+, HTML 5/CSS/SASS, API Rest, and ORM.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Atlassian suite.
  • Knowledge of test-driven development approaches.
  • Ability to lead a team and manage its members.
  • Reactivity and ability to make decisions during urgent production issues.
  • Excellent relationships with other departments and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to work on various topics simultaneously.
  • Strong writing skills for technical documentation and effective verbal and written communication.

Languages

We require fluency in French and English, with the ability to read, speak, and write in both languages.
