About the Role
Our Grand-Ouest division, under the leadership of Hugues and supported by Benoît, is seeking a Project Leader in Urban Water Management based in Lorient. You will play a key role in a variety of projects across a broad region, focusing on drinking water, wastewater management, stormwater, and more.
The Grand-Ouest team includes:
- A dedicated field team
- Collaborative efforts with the Grand-Ouest urban planning agency
- Joint projects with our Orléans division
- Cécile, the agency assistant, who is dedicated to ensuring your smooth integration and daily operations
Your Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Agency Director, you will engage in all agency projects in the field.
Specifically, you will be involved in:
Project Studies
- Leading the development of drinking water and wastewater management plans: conducting diagnostic studies, proposing work programs, and performing tariff analyses
- Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping: creating network plans, work plans, and flood zone maps
- Conducting infrastructure studies and providing project management assistance related to our water cycle services
Team Leadership
- Planning team workloads
- Overseeing production, including monitoring project deliverables and financial aspects
Client Engagement
- Participating in tender submissions and pre-sales activities
- Facilitating commercial meetings
- Regularly monitoring projects to ensure compliance with contractual and financial commitments
The Ideal Candidate
You hold a degree in Civil Engineering or Hydraulics from a recognized institution (ENGEES, ENSE3, ENSEEIHT, ENSIP, etc.) and possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in water engineering. You are adept at addressing technical challenges, possess strong leadership capabilities, and are enthusiastic about taking on new responsibilities.
Your expertise in urban water management and familiarity with public procurement processes are well-established.

Additional Information
We offer a competitive starting salary from 32 K€ gross annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
