Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team in France. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing paid media campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales performance across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement media plans that meet business objectives and are aligned with our marketing strategy.
  2. Work closely with our media agency and markets to ensure creative requirements are met and campaigns are delivered on time.
  3. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure media plans fit sales plans and needs.
  4. Provide regular updates and results to the wider European BYD automotive team.
  5. Support the media team in launching new products and ensuring POs are provided and invoices are paid in a timely fashion.
  6. Assist with quarterly and annual planning of marketing budgets.
Key Performance Indicators
  1. Web traffic driven by media campaigns.
  2. Growing market share in all national sales companies across France.
  3. Improving brand awareness and image of BYD in France.
Requirements
  1. University Degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines.
  2. Knowledge of digital and above the line media planning such as TV, OOH, and Radio.
  3. Effective and fluent communicator in English & French. Chinese is a plus.
  4. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  5. Experience in media planning and execution of 360 campaigns.
  6. Understanding of media market and key media owners, Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok etc.
  7. Knowledge of current digital media landscape and ability to optimize performance campaigns.
  8. Customer-oriented mindset.
  9. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  10. Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
  11. Resilient and open-minded.
  12. Results-oriented. Ability to work to deadlines, hands-on approach, motivated to get results.
