● Gain a comprehensive understanding of business objectives, facilitate the establishment of goals, and track progress. Develop essential operational metrics for the organization, creating a cohesive business-financial analysis framework while overseeing critical financial indicators.
● Provide valuable insights and financial guidance to enhance business decision-making, fostering operational efficiencies.
● Recognize financial risks within business processes, working in collaboration with internal audit and control teams to implement timely alerts and mitigation strategies, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reports.
● Manage financial evaluations concerning revenue, profit optimization, channel sales, resource distribution, and international investments. Establish and refine relevant systems and processes to mitigate business risks and improve key financial metrics.
● Compile independent financial reports for the European sector, conduct annual statutory audits, support both internal and external audit processes, assist with group consolidation reporting, and collaborate with tax and legal compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.
● Develop a robust accounting quality control framework, fostering monitoring and review processes across finance teams. Conduct thorough analyses and follow-ups on significant or recurring quality issues, performing specialized reviews and inspections, and promptly communicating findings to management and finance teams. Collaborate with IT and technical teams to enhance systems, effectively minimizing local accounting risks.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related fields, with a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Financial Business Partner or in financial analysis. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting certifications are preferred.
2. Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic environments, showcasing strong learning capabilities, resilience, and effective cross-functional communication skills.
3. Expertise in analytical frameworks that support business decision-making, including market competition analysis and pricing strategies, with a strong aptitude for logical reasoning and problem-solving.
4. Previous experience in the cloud computing or ICT sector is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI) is beneficial.
6. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential; proficiency in French is a plus.
