Job Title: Senior Director, Field Marketing EMEA

Waters Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Field Marketing EMEA to lead our field marketing efforts in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. As a key member of our Commercial EMEA Leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our corporate vision and goals.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in field marketing, with a strong track record of success in driving business growth.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and technologies.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
