Job Overview

Ferrero, a family-owned company with a global presence, is seeking a highly skilled UGP Manager to join its team at the Villers-Ecalles plant in France. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety standards, develop local procedures, and communicate safety information to the team.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Implement actions to guarantee food safety and quality, support the implementation of new Group Procedures, and ensure cleaning and sanitization of production areas.
  • Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize production factors utilization, support the understanding of indirect costs, and optimize production capacity.
  • Delivery and Motivation: Support medium-long term planning, optimize production capacity, and foster workforce motivation through regular feedback and communication.
  • Environment and Continuous Improvement: Ensure environmental standards are respected, support the development of Digital Programs, and drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a managerial role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Able to lead change management programs in different multi-cultural environments.
  • Fluency in French and English.
