Körber Pharma Software GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Software Consultant to join our team in Lyon. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our French and international customers to deliver exceptional results.

Your Role

  • Conduct suitability analyses of our MES solution to meet customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to develop functional specifications, providing expert guidance on user requirements and product demonstrations.
  • Provide training and support to customers on our PAS-X MES software, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solution.
  • Configure and deploy PAS-X at client locations, ensuring smooth onboarding and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for client associates, empowering them to effectively use and configure our MES software.
  • Offer site-based support at client locations worldwide, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting services.
  • Coach and instruct Körber Pharma employees on PAS-X product content, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Onboard and mentor new staff members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Manage customer process design specifications translation activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Take ownership of activities, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Test the PAS-X software against developed specifications, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software support, with a strong background in large-scale applications (ERP/MES/LIMS) in a consulting/support/training role.
  • Proven experience in regulated industries, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments (FDA, GMP, non-GMP, system validation and qualification).
  • Strong knowledge of MES and PAS-X, with experience in software configuration and deployment.
  • A Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or Computer Science is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in French, with professional proficiency in English, and German as a plus.
