**Mission Overview**

At JCDecaux, we are committed to a comprehensive approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (RSE). As part of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department, we are seeking an Ergonomics Specialist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the Ergonomics Team Lead in conducting systematic analyses of operational processes and implementing prevention measures for workplace-related musculoskeletal disorders (TMS).
  • Develop and promote ergonomic best practices within the organization.
  • Contribute to the creation of ergonomic communications and materials.
  • Analyze workplace accident data.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve workplace conditions and employee well-being.
  • Assist the Ergonomics Team Lead in designing and implementing projects to support other departments.
  • Conduct collective and individual ergonomic assessments as requested by different departments.

**Requirements**

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ergonomics, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
