Coface France is seeking a highly experienced Senior Underwriter to join our Group Underwriting Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for underwriting and managing specialty lines, including suretyship and collateral/security.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough analysis of contracts and underlying obligations to determine necessary collateral/security.
- Assist entities in adapting their subscription policies and annual reviews of authorizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Provide expert advice to clients and internal stakeholders on risk management and underwriting strategies.
- Master's degree in finance or insurance, or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of solid experience in underwriting and managing specialty lines.
- Excellent command of French and English languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
