Job Description: Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to support our Quality Manager in ensuring the highest standards across all our operations. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and delivering projects that meet stringent quality requirements.
- Responsibilities:
- Monitor external work performed by contractors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to production teams on the effective utilization of site tracking tools and documentation systems.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with established control plans and procedures.
- Review and analyze execution procedures to identify potential areas for improvement and enhance overall quality management processes.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness among all team members through training, communication, and proactive engagement.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree ranging from BAC + 2 to BAC + 5 in a relevant field such as engineering, construction management, or quality assurance.
- A keen eye for detail and strong analytical abilities with the capacity to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise reporting and collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle due to the nature of our projects, which often involve remote construction sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge or interest in shotcrete activities and support methodology would be highly advantageous.
