Vos responsabilités en tant que Brand Manager :

  • Gestion des plateformes sociales de l'entreprise (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Création et mise à jour du site web de l'entreprise
  • Conception de supports de communication valorisant les activités de l'entreprise (vidéos, brochures, flyers, etc.)
  • Développement des supports de communication pour les projets coordonnés par l'entreprise
  • Assistance technique et méthodologique dans les initiatives de plaidoyer auprès des partenaires
  • Soutien technique et méthodologique aux collaborateurs pour leur communication externe
  • Réalisation et promotion d'une étude thématique sur l'égalité entre les sexes
  • Appui à l'organisation d'événements régionaux d'envergure

Conditions de travail :

Le poste est basé sur un rythme d'alternance :

  • En entreprise : 4 jours par semaine (jours au choix) avec une présence réduite à 3 jours 1 à 2 fois par mois
  • En formation : 1 jour par semaine + 1 jour supplémentaire 1 à 2 fois par mois

Profil recherché :

  • Niveau Master 1 ou 2 dans le domaine de la communication institutionnelle et politique
  • Maîtrise des réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Créativité et sens esthétique
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles
  • Autonomie et rigueur dans le travail
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais
