Job Description
We are seeking an Industrialization Methods Specialist to join our team at our Saint-Tropez site. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing detailed industrialization plans for mechanical production
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including procedures and standards
- Industrializing standard and specific product components
- Defining resources, industrial means, and specialized tools and equipment
- Conducting detailed mechanical studies
- Contributing to the expression of needs for new mechanical means, drafting consultation briefs, and participating in technical analysis of supplier offers
- Participating in AMDEC (Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality) to secure production processes
- Contributing to production optimization by identifying suitable technical solutions and exploiting REX (Reliability, Efficiency, and Quality)
- Participating in design, industrialization, and launch reviews
- Providing technical support to production operators and cross-functional services
- Improving workflows and workshop layouts
- Expertizing production anomalies
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in industrialization methods in an industrial environment
- Strong mechanical engineering skills, including understanding of mechanical plans and drafting
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Knowledge of specialized processes, machining processes, or quality control methods
- Proficiency in ERP, PLM, and GPAO tools
