Position Overview:

Interaction Dinan is on the lookout for a Line Supervisor for a prominent company within the industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee operations and ensure the seamless functioning of the production line. Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing a team: managing schedules, tracking absences, promoting team cohesion, providing assistance, and addressing personnel inquiries
• Onboarding new staff, training them in accordance with internal protocols, and supporting their individual skill advancement
• Conducting daily team briefings
• Directing product flow based on operational conditions
• Communicating issues to management and collaborating with support departments
• Participating in process enhancement initiatives and proposing operational improvements
• Facilitating effective communication between your team and other departments

Comprehensive training will be provided for this role. The position operates on a 2-shift schedule: 5:18-13:12 / 13:31-21:25.
