About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our team at FORVIA, a leading automotive technology group. As a key member of our Group Content Factory, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote our comprehensive technology portfolio and innovation capabilities to both internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication strategies to explain and promote FORVIA's innovations and tech portfolio, with a strong emphasis on sustainable products.
- Enhance FORVIA's presence at major tradeshows and highlight our commercial successes.
- Create and develop associated content in various formats and for multiple channels.
- Track performance indicators and manage the budget.
- Collaborate with other Group Communication Teams, Group Sales & Programs teams, and Marketing & Innovation teams across all FORVIA activities.
Requirements
- Fluent English language skills.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in communications.
- Autonomy, initiative, and accountability.
- Storytelling and creative skills, with the ability to transform complex subjects into clear and attractive content.
- Agile and fast-paced work environment, with a keen sense of aesthetic.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple topics and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with graphic design programs and video editing.
- Interpersonal and facilitation skills, with experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
