Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the D&I project managers in the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives, including action plans, internal and external programs, and conference organization.
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of content and tools related to diversity and inclusion, including recommendations, writing, and translation of content in collaboration with various Ubisoft teams.
  • Participate in work meetings with stakeholders, including Human Resources and Communications, to discuss and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Identify and promote diversity and inclusion content to teams throughout the year, staying up-to-date on social trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the team's continuous improvement projects, including collaboration, communication, and organization.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French and English, both in writing and speaking.
