Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Simulation and Calculation Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Tier 2 Support team, you will be at the crossroads between Support, Engineering, Product, and our customers.

As a Simulation and Calculation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing technical knowledge with Datadog Synthetic and Real User Monitoring
  • Investigating customer escalations, leading technical calls with clients, and handling high-priority issues
  • Building out documentation and knowledge base articles for various technologies in your product area
  • Running office hours and leading learning sessions for the Solutions team
  • Preparing the worldwide Solutions team for new products and features, ensuring the technical proficiency of the team
  • Partnering with Engineering and Product to identify areas of improvement to better serve our customers

We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-attentive, and continuous learner who defaults to a client-centric approach. You should have a basic knowledge of Linux and experience as a customer-facing Support or Solutions Engineer.
