This role is integral to our operations, focusing on both workshop facilitation and customer engagement in our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Cosmetic Workshops: Lead engaging sessions that cover both theoretical and practical aspects of DIY cosmetic formulation.
- Customer Assistance: Guide clients in creating their own natural cosmetic products, ensuring their satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.
- Workshop Management: Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, manage inventory, and oversee the ordering and receipt of supplies.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices by conducting quality checks on products created during workshops and performing necessary metrological assessments.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on customer feedback and workshop performance to the store management and research and development teams.
- Product Advisory: Offer expert advice on cosmetics, DIY kits, and ready-to-use organic products.
- Retail Support: Balance time between conducting workshops and assisting with retail sales, as per the weekly schedule.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in cosmetic formulation (BAC+2 to Bac+3) and have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the field. A passion for sharing knowledge through training, experience in group facilitation, and a background in cosmetic sales advisory are highly desirable. Proficiency in raw materials, formulation techniques, and Good Manufacturing Practices is essential, along with a strong enthusiasm for DIY cosmetics.
