Cemex is a leading player in the construction materials industry with operations in over 50 countries. In France, Cemex is a major player in ready-mix concrete and aggregates with over 300 locations across the country, providing proximity to customers and professionals alike.

We are seeking a Production Technician (H/F) in alternating training for our Bétons Sud Est subsidiary. The position is available in the Alpes-Maritimes region.

Training You will obtain a Production Technician BPE level IV diploma (equivalent to a professional bachelor's degree).

The training modalities are as follows:

  • 3 weeks per month in the company
  • 1 week per month at the training center

The training is fully covered by Cemex, including accommodation at the CFA and travel expenses.

Missions After completing the training, you will be able to operate a production unit for B.P.E (Ready-Mix Concrete):

  • Start up and verify the proper functioning of the central unit
  • Produce ready-mix concrete independently in accordance with the schedule and operating procedures
  • Verify the quality of the product
  • Manage material consumption and ensure daily site supplies
  • Issue delivery notes and ensure daily activity reports
  • Ensure compliance with site safety rules and perform routine maintenance

Remuneration

Salary proportional to the minimum wage (SMIC) based on the candidate's profile.

Requirements Holder of a B driving license.
