About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team at Talents ADV & Supply. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring that our logistics processes are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of your team members (20-30 warehouse staff and 3 team leaders)
  • Guarantee compliance with labor laws and regulations, including working hours
  • Implement and enforce processes and procedures
  • Monitor and improve the quality, cost, and delivery performance of your team
  • Oversee stock management and inventory control
  • Prepare and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and anomalies
  • Communicate with transportation providers
  • Collaborate with sales and back-office teams in case of discrepancies
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations, organize meetings, and handle disciplinary issues
  • Write reports and summaries of individual interviews
  • Implement and monitor the 5S principles and ensure that action plans are followed and deadlines are met
  • Prepare reports on 5S audits within your scope
  • Participate in Kaizen projects and follow-up on continuous improvement tools and Lean management
  • Attend cross-functional meetings (Projects, Continuous Improvement)
  • Propose ideas for improvement (stock, ergonomics, etc.)
  • Generate reports on productivity for the activities you supervise
Requirements
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in team management in a warehouse setting
  • You hold a degree in a relevant field (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to other software
  • You have knowledge of continuous improvement tools and the 5S method (desired)
  • You possess strong leadership skills (ability to lead, motivate)
  • You are able to intervene on-site (in replacement of team leaders, etc.)
  • You are proactive and autonomous
  • You demonstrate excellent communication skills, are organized, reactive, reliable, and rigorous
  • You have a strong customer service orientation
