Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Capijobnew. As a key partner in our recruiting activities, you will be responsible for scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating event days, and managing our database.

1. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth process.
2. Manage all aspects of recruitment process administration, including communication and tracking of candidate information.
3. Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
4. Enter and track candidate information in our internal recruitment systems.
5. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursement for candidates as needed.
6. Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

1. Degree in HR or a related field.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
4. Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.
