Subcontract Lead Engineer

NES Fircroft is seeking a highly skilled Subcontract Lead Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a major EPC project in Paris.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage awarded Construction & EPC Subcontracts
  • Prepare amendments to Subcontracts
  • Receive and reply to Subcontractor's letters
  • Prepare and update Monthly Financial Status Reports
  • Ensure contractual provisions are complied with
  • Prepare and send Calls For Bid, negotiate and award local Subcontracts
  • Follow-up and manage Variation requests
  • Formalize settlement of disputes
  • Ensure collection and consolidation of information for completion and closure of subcontracts
Requirements:
  • 8-20 years' experience in Subcontracts Management, preferably in the EPC industry
  • Field of expertise in Subcontracts Management for Construction
  • MS Office and Administration/Management Software skills
  • French and English language proficiency
  • Ability to travel to project sites
