Key ResponsibilitiesThe Software Architect role necessitates a blend of technical expertise, particularly in Data and Generative Artificial Intelligence, alongside exceptional leadership and communication capabilities. This ensures the design, seamless operation, maintenance, and enhancement of solutions.
- Align the organization's business strategy and processes with its technological framework and architecture.
- Design and refine business processes, assess their integration with technology, and guarantee that organizational objectives are achieved efficiently.
- Bridge the divide between business goals and technical solutions, ensuring that IT initiatives align with the overarching business strategy.
The Software Architect will be integrated within the Architecture Services team.
- Engage closely with stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and translate these into technical solutions.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure that solutions fulfill the needs of both parties.
- Design and construct the architecture for data and AI initiatives to ensure compatibility with existing systems, optimizing performance.
- Collaborate with various functional areas, including Development, IDS Cloud, Data Science, and User Experience.
- Develop testing scenarios for solutions and ensure that quality standards are met and exceeded.
- Participate in the planning and management of budgets and resources for enterprise architecture projects.
Stay informed about the latest trends, methodologies, and technologies relevant to the project scope, and propose innovative strategies to enhance capabilities.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Advanced Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology is required.
