Job Overview:
Within the Industrial Division, specifically at the TARARE facility, we are in search of a Logistics Team Supervisor for the 2X8 shift (F/M). Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee a team (operating in 2x8 shifts) to coordinate logistical activities (storage, receiving, dispatch) while adhering to safety, environmental, and energy regulations, and focusing on quality, productivity, cost-efficiency, and deadlines to achieve optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage team operations;
- Daily oversight of team activities, addressing warehouse challenges with an emphasis on safety;
- Guarantee the quality of receiving, storage, and dispatch processes, collaborating with support departments within the warehouse and production (quality assurance, methods, health and safety...);
- Inspire and unify the team, fostering their professional growth;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a degree in Logistics (Bac to Bac+2) and have substantial professional experience, particularly in a leadership capacity within a comparable setting. A passion for teamwork and strong leadership capabilities are essential. Candidates must exhibit exemplary conduct and dedication, act with respect and integrity, demonstrate effective communication skills, and represent management positively to team members.
