Pharmadiem, a leading company in project management and engineering, is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance System Expert to support one of its clients in Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient management and execution of the Event & CAPA Process (GEMS) to guarantee timely and accurate documentation of events and investigations.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve Quality Systems deployment and execution, as measured by KPIs and management reviews.
- Participate in the Global Event Review Board and manage the MR of Quality Systems.
- Lead the Quality Risk Management System and train employees on EVENT/CAPA systems to ensure compliance with global procedures and regulations.
Required Profile:
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Quality, Agronomy, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing of biotech or pharmaceutical products.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with a focus on setting clear priorities and managing through KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with teams, peers, and global partners.
- Good organizational skills and autonomy.
- Fluent English knowledge.
