Global Underwriting Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Manager in the AXA Group's Global Underwriting Office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our global underwriting strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the development of strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across the AXA Group, including Group Functions, AXA Entities, and external partners.
- Drive the implementation of business requirements and processes to support the GUO's strategic priorities, including the development of a clear roadmap for GUO Technical Excellence.
- Collaborate with the GUO Head of Operations and Engagement to ensure the effective management of GUO Procurement and outsourced services, including the development of a strategic roadmap and the monitoring of key metrics.
- Provide guidance and support to the GUO team on operational and ad-hoc topics, including the management of complex and confidential information.
- Act as a key facilitator to address requests and expectations of internal and external stakeholders, including the development of clear and proactive communication plans.
- Proven experience in driving change in a matrix and international environment, with a strong ability to understand and simplify key messages and communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to work and collaborate with a virtual team across multiple diverse geographies and cultures.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interrogate reports and surveys and identify trends and provide insights to leadership.
- Knowledge of procurement and budget and business processes, preferably at AXA.
- Fluent French and English, with Spanish a plus.
