About Us:

La Mer, a leading luxury skincare brand, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the Consumer Engagement Manager in driving digital transformation, CRM, e-commerce, and social strategy across EMEA markets.

About the Role:

As a Consumer Engagement Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Monthly reporting of social networks owned and earned performance, and ad-hoc analysis through social listening tools
  • Coordination with markets on consumer engagement topics, including media plans, influencer strategies, and follow-up with markets
  • Support in designing Consumer Engagement presentations for markets and regional teams
  • Follow-up of markets' PR activities, competition analysis, and best practices identification
  • Support on Search best practices

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the cosmetic industry or luxury brands. You should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and social media, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
