About the Role

Dailymotion is a leading video platform that empowers users to engage in visual conversations. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to RFPs and client inquiries, collaborating closely with Sales, AdOps, and Marketing teams.
  • Identify opportunities for key accounts and develop strong advertising recommendations to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Expand and develop client relationships, focusing on retention, growth, renewal, and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performances and develop actionable insights/recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with AdOps to secure campaign delivery and with Sales Marketing to build effective media and insights solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in adtech, media agency, or saleshouse, with a similar position.
  • First-hand experience with the UK market is appreciated.
  • Understanding of key notions in programmatic and digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Solid computer skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, analyze problems, and develop solutions.
