Senior Digital IC Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Digital Design Engineer to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a Senior Digital IC Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and verifying digital blocks, sub-systems, and top-level circuits, as well as developing testability insertion strategies and performing verification tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop digital blocks, sub-systems, and top-level circuits, making area and power estimations
  • Elaborate testability insertion strategies corresponding to circuit specifications
  • Perform verification tasks, including coverage rate, unit block simulation, and complete system simulation
  • Improve digital design and verification flow
  • Perform digital synthesis and Design for Test (DfT)
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree in microelectronics
  • 5 years of experience in front-end ASIC digital design in VHDL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog, and in digital synthesis for DfT
  • Comfortable in scripting languages, such as Python and Tcl
  • Experience in leading projects from beginning to completion with strong customer interaction
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
