Audiovisual Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our production team as an Audiovisual Production and Digital Communication specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide logistical and administrative support to the production team, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
- Manage the production studio, including equipment hire and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging podcasts and plan events.
- Assist with filming, interviews, and live broadcasts, ensuring high-quality production standards.
- Support post-production tasks, including editing and publishing content.
- Develop and implement social media content strategies, creating attractive and engaging posts for our online platforms.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements to optimize engagement and visibility.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of higher education in a relevant field (humanities, political science, communication, journalism, audiovisual).
- Strong interest in the audiovisual sector and content production, with a keen eye for visual creation and storytelling.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions and work effectively in a team.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and video editing software, including Premiere Pro.
- Creativity and ability to generate new content on a regular basis.
