Digital Workplace Security Technology Specialist

Airbus Defence and Space is undergoing a transformation into an agile, innovative, customer-centric, and digitally powered business. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a skilled Digital Workplace Security Technology Specialist to join our IT operations department.
This role will be the key enabler in the overall Cyber Security deployment and strategy for Airbus Defence and Space. You will be responsible for managing available technologies, developing future architectures, and defining long-term strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Prove the value of new technologies, mainly related to endpoint security.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of client protection global strategy and solution design.
- Work closely with business and security stakeholders to gather requirements and identify solutions.
- Monitor technology and sector trends to advise on endpoint security-specific topics related to existing technologies and future strategy in the Airbus environment.
- Guide and support the selection of appropriate technologies and solutions.
- Support technical teams to review designed solutions, their implementation, and troubleshooting of complex issues.
- Make recommendations for buy versus build decisions.
- Experience in implementing and managing security technology systems.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and solve issues.
- Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Technical/Security-related project management capabilities to lead technology initiatives.
- Knowledge and practical experience in various IT Security domains/technologies, such as asset classification and protection, threat prevention, network security, and encryption.
- Experience and knowledge in Trellix and Fortra products will be a plus.
This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.
