Product Assurance and Quality Control Engineer

Serco Europe is seeking a highly skilled Configuration and Document Management Engineer to join our team in Toulouse, France. This part-time position will involve working closely with the EU Agency for the Space Programme to ensure the efficient operation and success of space programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the implementation and maintenance of an effective product assurance programme, ensuring the output and deliverables produced by the PA disciplines are consistent, complete, and delivered in line with the project schedule.
- Preparation of milestone review organisation notes, ensuring alignment with applicable processes and document delivery lists.
- Follow-up of EUSPA documents readiness for submission to review data packages.
- Collection and dispatch of review data packages to board members and experts, tracking document status against contractor's document delivery lists.
- Support the Secretary of the programme reviews, including Service Consolidation Reviews and Service Validation Reviews.
- Trace milestone reviews actions/RIDs implementation to documents changes, including processes and programmatic documents.
- Track the status of review outcomes and qualification statuses, in coordination with EUSPA Product and Quality Assurance team.
- Configuration Control.
- ECSS PA/QA awareness.
- Galileo/EGNOS Asset Management.
- Galileo/EO/Satellite Schedule/Project Management awareness.
- Occasional travel within EU.
- EU state nationals with required Personal Security Clearance up to SECRET (with PRS).
