About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst – Tax to join our team at Reckitt Benckiser LLC. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our financial practice with vigilance and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out analyses and prepare monthly closings and reporting
  • Carrying out specific financial analyses to enable improved decision-making
  • Preparing and consolidating quarterly and monthly reports by collecting, reprocessing, analyzing and explaining data
  • Participating in the construction of annual plans and quarterly forecasts for brands
  • Setting up and improving management and reporting tools to analyze and monitor key KPIs (net sales, gross margin, etc.) and data from different systems
  • Providing financial leadership for certain power brands and key customers
  • Working in collaboration with sales directors to achieve objectives, supporting the strategy and execution of key projects
  • Leading and presenting regular financial reports to general managers and sales directors, with a focus on risks and opportunities
Requirements
  • ~2-4 years of experience in management control, ideally acquired in the world of mass consumption
  • ~ Fluency in English and French is a must
  • ~ Organizational skills such as multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, respecting processes
  • ~ Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills
  • ~ Initiative skills: challenging the status quo, providing solutions for problem-solving
  • ~ Advanced mastery of Excel with knowledge of an ERP (SAP) as a plus
