Agile Project Manager

Are you passionate about developing innovative solutions for advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving? Do you have a strong background in project management and leadership? We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Validation Project Manager to join our team at NXP Toulouse.
About the Role:
- Provide on-site leadership for validation engineering teams, building and motivating team members to meet project goals and milestones.
- Plan and lead the execution of projects throughout the entire life cycle, from initial phase to product release.
- Track project progress and report to project community, management, and stakeholders on progress and KPIs.
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence in a global, multi-site organization.
- Manage risks and change requests.
Requirements:
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in automotive project/program management.
- Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills.
- Fluent in English language, both oral and written, to work in an international environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing, to present to executive sponsors.
- Knowledge in automotive project development flow and validation.
- Open to new ideas and have a creative attitude.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Critical Chain/Agile methodology is a plus.
