SiPearl is a European company, founded in 2019, with the goal of mastering the technological heart of supercomputers. Our team embodies the European dream of innovation and excellence in microprocessor technology.

We are building Rhea, a high-performance, low-power European microprocessor dedicated to supercomputing and AI inference. This new generation of microprocessors will target the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking ecosystem, deploying world-class supercomputing infrastructures in Europe for solving major challenges in medical research, artificial intelligence, security, energy management, and climate with a reduced carbon footprint.

We work closely with our 30 partners from the European Processor Initiative (EPI) consortium, leading names from the scientific community, supercomputing centers, and industry. Our team is committed to driving innovation and excellence in the field of supercomputing.

We are a dynamic and growing company, employing over 190 people in France, Germany, Spain, and Italy. SiPearl is part of the French Tech Next 120 program, 2024 class.

The DevOps Engineer will work under the direction of the Director of Information Systems, collaborating closely with the IT team, support functions, and R&D teams. The ideal candidate will implement processes, tools, and methods to streamline operations and meet user needs for software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the operation and maintenance of software.
• Implement automation tools and pipelines to accelerate operational processes, deployment, and operational maintenance.
• Extend continuous integration by automating code deployment to testing, pre-production, and production environments.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and infrastructure.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between R&D and operations teams to ensure optimal service quality.
• Design solutions that allow infrastructure to evolve in line with changing needs.
