About the Role
Groupama-fr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot and ensure the implementation of project evolutions and projects under your charge, in accordance with the quality, costs, and deadlines defined with stakeholders, processes, and Groupama-fr norms.
- Pilot the instruction of assigned requests: ensure feasibility, impacts, in coordination with architects and urban planners, participate in the definition of the solution, estimate charges, build the planning and charge plans in support of internal and external resources of the team.
- Pilot operationally the contractors, animate and follow the different instances, the MOA, and contributors of the project, and realize the reports.
- Operationaly lead and animate the study intervenants attached to the projects.
- Contribute to the testing of the solution, ensure its conformity before delivery to clients, follow the application installations.
- Identify the risks, elaborate and follow the action plans (preventive / curative) associated, be a proposal force on the project aléas.
- Réalise the project deliverables in the respect of the Mode projet G2S reference.
- Pilot and implement the planning of the works of the team and the contributions.
- Effectuate a regular and rigorous reporting towards your responsible.
- Ensure the budgetary and activity follow-up of all the projects in the budgetary follow-up tool and resource allocation.
Requirements
- De formation bac+5, you have 5 to 10 years of experience.
- The candidate sought H/F must have knowledge in:
- Project management MOE with several applications, perimeters to manage in parallel (project organization, planning, coordination, activity control and follow-up, budget construction and follow-up, animate and accompany the team, pilot the contractual commitments).
- The ability to build and follow the budget.
- A recognized ability to dialogue with various levels of interlocutors to align the positions: client, contributors, internal technical experts, suppliers, editors.
- An analysis and research capacity.
- A capacity to produce restitution and synthesis supports.
- The candidate / candidate must also have a good ability to federate and animate teams, have a sense of service and a strong team spirit.
- The position being evolutive, the candidate must be able to demonstrate their ability to evolve within the group and their appetite for management.
