Job Description: General Accountant

At Les Jardins d'Arcadie, a prominent entity in the Senior Living sector, we are seeking a dedicated General Accountant to support our financial operations. As an integral part of our finance team, you will collaborate with the Accounting Manager to maintain efficient accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate monthly and quarterly invoices for property owners
  • Assist in the development of monthly performance reports for our residences
  • Manage monthly VAT submissions
  • Oversee daily cash flow activities
  • Verify intra-group account balances
  • Execute essential administrative duties within the accounting division

This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and may include additional tasks as required. Regular feedback sessions and a comprehensive onboarding program will facilitate your success and development within the organization.

Candidate Profile:
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to instruct and clarify complex topics
  • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in both written and spoken French
