Job Description

Martin Brower, a leading logistics and supply chain provider, is seeking a Customer Solution Planner to join its Supply Chain Management team in Lisses, France.

As a Customer Solution Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing the deployment of our advanced planning and forecasting solution, ensuring seamless integration with our clients' systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our solution.
  • Analyze sales forecasts and inventory levels to optimize stock management and minimize stockouts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Customer Solution Manager to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
