Job Description

ADMR, a leading provider of services to the community, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Un(e) chargé(e) de mission MONALISA (H/F).

This is a challenging opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our community outreach initiatives. As a Community Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage local communities and promote our services.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, local authorities, and partner organizations.
  • Coordinating and delivering training programs and workshops to support the development of community-based initiatives.
  • Providing technical assistance and support to community groups and organizations to help them achieve their goals.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our outreach initiatives and making recommendations for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community development, outreach, and project management. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as community development, social work, or public administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in community outreach, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
