Mechanical System Installation Designer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical System Installation Designer to join our team at Airbus Helicopters SAS.
This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in mechanical system design and installation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and verifying mechanical system installations on simple assemblies, preparing documents for certification and qualification, and supporting manufacturing and technical customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Design and verification of mechanical system installations on simple assemblies, including concept studies, 3D part design in CATIA, and 2D drawing checks.
- Preparation of documents for certification and qualification, including design data management in tools such as SAP, Windchill, and VPM.
- Definition and planning of development projects and design changes, including change analysis, identification of requirements, and definition of deliverables.
- Definition of subcontracting work packages and follow-up of subcontractor activities.
- Support to manufacturing, including non-conformity management and support of the industrialization process.
- Support to technical customer support, including definition of repairs and support of the continuing airworthiness process.
- Experience with part design and product data management, preferably with software CATIA, SAP, and Windchill.
- Experience in design change process (ECR/ECP, BNAe, ATA100).
- Behavioral skills, including working in an agile team, welcoming challenges, and eager to take on responsibility.
- Language: French mandatory and English.
