Position Title: Commercial Development Manager
Role Overview:
- Independently cultivate and oversee a portfolio of clients.
- Engage in prospecting and customer retention through the provision of technical insights.
- Advocate for new product offerings and promotional initiatives.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of BtoB sales experience within a technical construction context.
- Exhibit strong adaptability along with exceptional customer service capabilities.
- Essential attributes include effective listening, persuasive communication, confidence, and professionalism.
- Familiarity with construction materials is highly advantageous.
