Job Title: Clinical Psychologist

About the Role:

UGECAM BOURGOGNE FRANCHE-COMTE is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing preventive and curative actions to promote the mental health of individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement intervention devices for preventive or curative purposes, aligned with the establishment project.
• Collect and analyze needs and/or intervention requests from individuals and groups.
• Establish a diagnosis on the psychic structure of the received person and implement a treatment of symptoms in their psychological context.
• Conduct psychological assessments, including data collection, interviews, and synthesis work.
• Ensure individual or collective care for the received persons and their environment.
• Provide psychotherapeutic follow-up within the individualized project of the received person.
• Contribute to the understanding and resolution of issues affecting the received persons, through interviews and group activities.
• Write reports, projects, and activity reports.
• Conduct research, teaching, and training.
• Contribute to the development of quality and risk management.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Pathological Psychology, Gerontology, Childhood, and Adolescence, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of individual or group psychotherapy techniques, psychological and clinical evaluation tests, and psychological concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with received persons and their environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and enhance professional practice.
