About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Carrossier Peintre (F/H) in CDI at Niort for one of our clients in the automotive industry. As a member of the car body repair team, you will be responsible for various tasks, including:

• Diagnosing and repairing deformations on damaged or accidented vehicles
• Assembling body parts through welding, riveting, and gluing
• Restoring body shapes through deburring, planning, and sanding
• Replacing damaged bumpers or body panels
• Preparing surfaces for painting and selecting suitable colors
• Applying paint using a spray gun
• Ensuring vehicles are presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner

You will work in a safe environment, adhering to strict safety standards. Your remuneration will be based on your experience, skills, and held permits. A quarterly variable payment of up to €500 may be awarded to team members based on collective performance and individual quality of work.

Required Profile:

We seek an individual with a CAP, BEP, or equivalent qualification in automotive body repair, with a minimum of one year's experience. A C permit is an asset.
