Withings, a leading global health technology company, is seeking a talented Trade Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing retail marketing plans and launching new products in the EMEA and APAC regions.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and optimize retail marketing activities online, working closely with marketing and commercial teams, as well as our retail partners.
- Support the team in coordinating activities related to the commercial calendar or new product launches at our retail partners.
- Coordinate the creation of content and assets for retail needs with our studio and product marketing teams.
- Ensure the quality of online referencing at our partners, conducting regular audits and coordinating the refactoring or creation of brand and product pages.
- Support the deployment of merchandising displays in stores and supervise the creation of sales tools (catalogs, argument sheets, ILV...) to increase visibility at the point of sale.
- Contribute to the development of plans and tools for training, associated with product launches, to ensure the skills development of sales forces.
- Provide operational support to the team on various events (Viva Tech, IFA, CES, etc.).
- Contribute to the development of reports and analysis of indicators (KPIs) to consolidate and optimize marketing plan performances.
- Conduct analyses of various markets to feed the launch of new products and/or the opening of new retail partners.
- Monitor industry trends and ensure competitive monitoring to identify new marketing opportunities and strengthen our competitive advantage.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac +4/5) in a business school or equivalent, with a first experience in trade/channel marketing or product marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, with a plus for a second language.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and pay attention to details.
- Desire to learn about retail and develop your relational skills in an international environment.
- Willingness to join a dynamic and young company where you can make a real impact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a plus for Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
