Job Mission

We are recruiting for a leading industrial company specializing in the automotive sector, a Installation Technician (H/F) to work on a temporary contract with a view to permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct various installations of USINAGE equipment, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Ensure quality and quantity of production on their installation, and submit production declarations.
  • Develop and implement a surveillance plan at level 1 for products and processes, and maintain process control.
  • Receive instructions from their supervisor at the beginning of each shift.
  • Be versatile and work on various installations and products.
  • Perform TPM1 self-maintenance and ensure first-level maintenance.
  • Update COMPAS with requests and respond to any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct inventory of inserts on their installation, understand the physical flow of parts.
  • Provide information on the operation of their installation and ensure its proper functioning.
  • Apply established guidelines and report any anomalies to their supervisor.
  • Ensure smooth start-ups of projects (conveyor changes, tool changes).
  • Conduct and participate in preventive maintenance on their installation.
Requirements

A BTS technical degree (CIRA) is required, with a minimum of one year of experience. Alternance is accepted. The position is full-time (2x8).
