Camo Emploi is seeking to recruit a dedicated Educational Monitor (M/F) for a prominent social institution to enhance their workforce.

In this role, you will work under the guidance of a service manager and collaborate with a diverse team to:

  • Assess the requirements of the residents
  • Gather the expectations of both residents and their families
  • Design, implement, and facilitate activities tailored to their needs
  • Offer daily assistance and mentorship
  • Engage in team discussions concerning individual care plans
  • Create professional documentation (evaluations, activity proposals)
  • Contribute to the formulation of personalized projects

As a holder of a State Diploma in Educational Monitoring or as an Assistant Animation Monitor (non-graduate social worker), you should possess a proven track record in these positions.

With a solid psychological foundation and adaptability, you exhibit empathy and are attuned to social and human concerns.

You are capable of establishing a structured and reassuring relationship while maintaining appropriate educational boundaries, and you can effectively prevent and manage challenging situations (conflicts, anxieties, behavioral issues).

Your preference for teamwork is complemented by your ability to lead and facilitate various activities. Furthermore, you have strong writing abilities and are proficient in computer usage.

Key qualities that define you include availability, active listening, keen observation, and patience.
