Research and Development Engineer - Integrated Photonics Circuits

3SP Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research and Development Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing cutting-edge photonic circuit technologies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development of future components by meticulously tracking progress, analyzing results, formulating test plans, and coordinating internal activities to ensure successful implementation.
  • Master the production of existing components through in-depth performance analysis, defining targeted test plans for improvement, and collaborating effectively with subcontractors to enhance manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or a Ph.D. with a minimum of 2 years of experience in micro and nanotechnologies, optoelectronics, materials science, or solid-state physics.
  • Demonstrate fluency in professional English; knowledge of Chinese is highly advantageous.
