Your Role: Packaging Line Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Packaging Line Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and oversight of a packaging line consisting of 11 machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust packaging lines to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support during machine adjustments and production runs, collaborating closely with Maintenance and Method/Scale-up teams.
• Conduct scale-up tests in conjunction with the Method team to optimize production processes.
• Participate in basic maintenance tasks to ensure smooth line operation.
• Supervise packaging operators, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Maintain strict adherence to product quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Develop team autonomy and empower operators to contribute effectively.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background and a minimum of 3 years of experience in line operation, preferably within the food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries. Experience in maintenance is highly desirable.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
