Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at the Autajon Labels Rouen site. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and Maintain Quality Systems: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives: Identify areas for improvement and lead projects to enhance our production processes and waste management.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Train and Develop Teams: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
Requirements
- 10+ Years of Quality Experience: Proven experience in quality management in an industrial environment, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Team Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a strong focus on communication, coaching, and development.
- Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality management, engineering, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
